Senior Project Officer – Commissioning

Shantelle is a Boorooberongal Darug and English woman with a background in project management, social policy, and parent and family advocacy. Shantelle has supported and led transformation projects in the public sector and with an Aboriginal state peak organisation. Shantelle is deeply committed to contributing towards systemic change to improve outcomes for future generations, with a particular interest in child protection, domestic violence and Aboriginal health. Shantelle believes strongly in the impact that research can have on driving change in policy and practice. She is a very family-oriented person, with two young girls who challenge her every single day and motivate her to do her best, so that they can have a better future.
